Ya i totally agree with u, i shall try using gula meleka cos all de while i only use rock sugar 2 make all my desserts u c.
i so envy ds,mary,kd (if i am not wrong) r able to go to ur house to learn puff pastry and etc fr u . Hope dat i can join u all as 'baking kaki' very thick-skin hor ha ha!

Anyway thks 4 de info, but i still hope 2 try de chocolate torte first leh.
I've tried de banana cake n its very soft not like last time i bake w another recipe very oily. Oso try adding more banana n it really taste better n smell nice too.........

I tried banana cake liao, its truly very soft n most importantly not oily.
Cos i bake banana cake b4 using my own recipe, no doubt is nice but very oily bcos recipe says add corn oil instead of butter u c.
I also add more banana n it actually taste n smell nicer .....
