今天终于有时间上网到你这里来了,在前面的posting也留了言。

不好意思,前天只能在外面匆匆的和你聊了一会儿。很开心知道你儿子送给你心仪的礼物。

因为之前在回程的飞机上没有睡到觉,昨天一睡就睡掉一整天,到傍晚才起身。。。今天终于恢复精神上班了。。。

Looks like my red wine residue is successful. That very night, I cooked 1 whole chicken with it and added more wine. It was very delicious and my family enjoyed it. It tastes so fresh and concentrated. As for the wine, it is correct to have some residue or powder-like settled at the bottom of the bottle?

As this is a first testing, I only made half of the portion therefore I have only a nescafe bottle of red wine residue.

Anyway, thank you so much for your advises.
