很传统的两道糕点 : 豆沙饼和老婆饼
皮酥松而馅细腻, 吃完一个又一个
真是欲罢不能, 回味无穷
难怪Geraldine 咬了一口后, 马上闭起眼睛
hmmmmm………….好吃嘞!

您做的传统豆沙饼和老婆饼,才是国际水准的,不但美到没话说,味道更是‘未得顶’的。坦白说,我的距离国际水准还差很远叻!我做时有点小误差,还有待进步呢。

虽然我不是非常满意我自己做的豆沙饼,不过,我的同事尝过后,说like commercial one(外面卖的),好开心哦! 嘻嘻!再谢谢你的鼓励!

还没有告诉你一件很好笑的事,我也尝试来做3个老婆饼样子,就用两个皮合在一起,可是做好后皮又硬又厚又脆的,反而像 '碰饼' 口感多一点,哈哈哈!

I have read your blog for many months but have not contribute anything, but now I need help from you or friends that visit your blog. My mum has an oven (Baby Belling), she used to bake Kueh lapis and pineapple tarts before she had her stroke in 2004. Now that the oven has been left untouched for a few years, it did not seemed to work, I hope someone can tell me where it can be repaired.

I also enjoy baking, I used to help my mum every week when she was well.

I got a recommendation, I bought an oven beginning of this year, and its quite good! 21litres is quite small though, but i personally think its very handy, not too heavy, and durable! most importantly, it has a self cleaning function so the lazy me no need to wash the inner part of the oven! heehee..

brand is tefal (you should know the quality le ba!) price wise is around $240 when I first bought it, I think its cheaper now (the last time i saw it at OG was $225 + one free non stick pan) remember to buy the one with self cleaning and steaming function. I've yet to try the steaming function, u can try n let me know! hee!

Good Morning Auntie Irene:

My mango & kiwi enzyme has been 10 days already, but my mango enzyme cover this morning 鼓鼓的, juice leak out a little, so i open the cover, & the juice over flow. Is there any advice to prevent this from happening. Not sure will it help if I leave some space at the top. Usually how much space do you leave (在瓶口) for your enzyme making? About 2 inches?
Another thing, have u made guava enzyme before? Thinking that it's not sweet, so is suitable for my mum who is a diabetic, but guava has not much juice le. 哎呀,真矛盾!

Just to check if is Ok to share a recipe with you for Chicken Claypot/Cooker rice with u as I have try many times and is quite good.
Don't have claypot can use rice cooker to cook too.My friend give to me to try long time ago.

Helping auntie irene to answer your questions as I also faced this problem before. For the plastic bag cover too bloaty after shaking, auntie irene has previously advised that can use a toothpick to pierce a few tiny holes. If the plastic bag gets too wet can change to a clean one.

I've make the grapefruit enzyme before. Noticed that some fruits started to have bubbles on the 4th day instead of 3rd day. U should be able to see some little bubbles between the fruits by end of 4th days. When u uncover it for stiring on the 4th day, as long as your enzyme have champagne fragrance and your fruits don't turn black or smell bad like drain water, then your enzyme should be fine, and when u stir it on 4th day, u will see plenty of bubbles.

Hi KK,on behalf of Auntie Irene, I help her to reply you cos she worry that with her english you may not understand.After the process of enzyme,if the smell is like alcohol that means you succeeded, but if the smell is like the drainage smell than pls don't drink it means that the process is not successful.Hope this will help you in making the enzyme.Happy making.

先把臉洗干淨﹐然後才把果渣塗在臉上﹐大概2﹐3分鐘後就用清水洗掉﹐然後就搽妳平時搽的保養品。

Hi Eileen,
试试看这个果渣美容法,3个月后,肯定让你容光焕发,明亮照人,哈哈.....

1)先把脸洗干淨

2)用果渣按摩脸部1-2分钟,等15-20分钟后,才用水清洗。(最好是柠檬果渣)

3)把脸洗净后,让皮肤休息,不要再用其他护肤品,因为酵素已为你充分的护肤了。
