的过程吧! 2年前我的妹妹得了癌症, 我就立刻
到有机商店购买盒装的粉状酵素, 可是好贵哦!
1盒$50+, 1个月要花$150+, 我就到处问人, 到处
找书, 也上网查询……皇天不负有心人, 1位正在
学习中医学的朋友: 净风, 给我带来2本书刊“有
福同享”1&2, 我很仔细的阅读每一个字, 读到
性量法师患有心脏肿大的问题, 法师怎样以身试
法, 利用果菜汁和酵素治愈了自己的疾病, 然后才
把酵素的制作法公诸于世, 令我非常的感动, 感谢
性量法师无私的奉献! 也感谢我的好朋友: 净风,
给我带来了这么好的2本书刊. 我做酵素已经有1
年多了, 家人在喝了酵素后, 都获益良多.妹妹在
化疗其间, 因为喝酵素, 除了掉光头发外, 其他一
切的副作用, 都不曾在她身上出现过, 弟妇患高血
压多年, 喝了半年多的酵素后, 血压回复到健康水
平, 大儿子被检验出胆固醇过高, 喝了酵素3个多月
也同样回复健康了水平….. 无尽的感恩与感谢。
各种水果酵素的基本做法
器具与材料:
玻璃瓶 : 澈底洗净, 以热水消毒, 滴干水分.
最好放在阳光下晒干
占板 : 指定只用1个, 不能用来切肉切鱼,
用热滚水烫过消毒
水果选择 : 半熟水果
青皮柠檬 : 去皮切片
褐色冰糖 : 包装
制作法:
1. 第1层水果, 第2层柠檬, 第3层冰糖,
重复,铺满至最后一层为冰糖,
各种水果酵素的基本做法
器具与材料:

即可封密. (水果比其他材料多)
2. 水果发酵至第3 / 4天, 打开瓶盖,

上下翻动水果块, 若味太酸, 可再加入冰糖,
太甜, 可再加入水果, 盖好继续发酵.
3. 发酵期间要不时摇晃瓶子, 使其发酵均匀

放入冰箱冷藏, 以保持其新鲜度.
酵素最好在2星期至1个月内喝完

I came back from work today and saw some little bubbles on top liao! Not much though.
I think its the 1 banana (with a bit yellowish) that I added in last night that created the bubbles.
Irene, I think you are right, the earlier bananas that I bought could be 'bu hao de'.(rather green lor).

If I may help auntie Irene to answer your questions:
Q1. After 2 weeks of fermentation in room temperature, strain the enzymes and chill the liquid in the fridge to preserve freshness. Store 果渣 seperately in another container & chill it if you want to consume it.
Q2. The normal oranges will do, no need to be green.

市面上的 Enzyme 可分2 种:粉状和液状,价钱都很昂贵!要长期食用,可不是1个小数目!
我们所做的是液状的,自己动手DIY, 又经济,又卫生,我已经做了近1年多的酵素了,家人喝了后都很健康,效果非常好!所以才敢与大家分享。

Margaret 已回答你的问题,这里要补充的是:如果你是做小瓶装的,你当然可以把整瓶放进冰箱,要喝时倒出来就可以了,但是如果你是做像我做的那么大瓶的话,拿进拿出,不小心打破就很可惜,所以就过沥把酵素果汁装在瓶子,1人1瓶咯,果楂可别丢掉哦!拿来按摩脸上,不骗你,1个月后,包你容光焕发,美的不得了!

Sorry to bother you again. Wanted to know about the enzyme process. After how many days will I see bubbles forming? If bubbles doesn't form, does it means that the process is not successful and I have to discard the whole jar? In your instructions, after 3/4 days, we can taste it. If too sour add rock sugar. After adding, how many days later can we try again to check the taste?

another question,after we use hot water to sterilise the glass jar, do we need to wait for the jar to be cooled thorougly before placing the ingredients?

Hi Gen,
After sterilising the glass jar, you have to leave it completely cool before placing all the fruits.
Normally it takes 3-4 days to form bubbles but some fruits may take longer time. After adding the fruits do not open it till the 14 days.
Do feel free to ask question if you have any doubt.

You only need to open and stir it on the 3rd day, If you found that is too sour or too sweet just adjust it accordingly. Do not open after that till the 14 days.

Does anyone know about making enzyme using the oranges. DO we have to peel the skin or just cut the orange into halve leave the skin on?

Hi Jas
You have to first wash the oranges with the skin thorougly to remove the insecticide. Let the oranges air dry for a day, then remove/discard the skin, slice the oranges, only need the fresh for making the enzyme. When making enzyme, bear in mind not to contact with oil & water, or else the enzyme will be contaminated.

Choose less sugar contain fruits for diabets patient.
Use fruits residue to rub on the face, it will help to reduce pimples.

I already finish doing orange enzymes, very nice, & tasty. But the proceed of washing the bottle is very troublesome, and my bottle is very big. I would like to know whether can I reuse the the bottle without wash it ( I mean that after I complete doing orange enzymes, pour out everything without wash it & continue doing my second pineapple enzymes).

I need your help.
I tried to prepare a dragon fruit enzyme fruit juice on last sat. on this morning, i notice there is a thin film of white substance on the surface of the juice. Is it normal?
I read thru the post and realise that should be bubbles. today is the second day , still no bubbles coming out. is this a product failure ?

有时刚开始1,2天会比较少bubble, 在第四天,打开后,试一试和闻一闻它的味道,如果喝和嗅它的味道有点酒的味道那就是ok 了! 只要不是黑色的bubble 又 又酒味,那就ok!
第4天打开后,如果觉得很酸或者不够甜,你可以加水果或在褐色的冰糖!加好后,盖好,然后每天记得要摇-摇瓶子,让全部的柠檬和水果充分的浸泡在酵素里!
14天后,就可以喝啦!希望能帮到你!

做酵素最最最忌沾到油和水,又怎么能加水呢?你最好是先仔细读好recipe 才开始做,以免得到反效果,那就糟了!!!

oranges + grapes.
on the oranges , i use those with seeds, n today is the 4th day, n i see lots of bubbles , it this normal ?

Why should you put more rock sugar? We better follow what have stated in the recipe. It’s not a big problem to consume 2 or 3 times.

I tried making orange enzyme 2 wks ago.On the 4th day it taste sweet & hv fruity smell so I added extra fruits and does see little bubble when shaking the bottle. This moring when filtering, it doesnt really smell like wine and do hv abit of funny smell(like fruit turn bad)although the juice is clear and does not hv white powder.I try drinking and it do taste sweet.But due to the smell I think there is mistake during the fermentation so I throw it away. I would like to try again with green apples and would need you to advise me which step I have gone wrong. Thanks & Regards

妳應該在第4天﹐就要打開來試味道和加水果﹗沒有酒味只有甜味﹐相信妳應該放很多的冰糖吧﹗只要照著receipe來做的話﹐應該是沒問題的﹗
這樣是count 第6天了﹐再等多8天﹐妳的酵素就成功﹗別忘記要每天搖一搖瓶子﹐可以讓裡面的水果和檸檬完全的浸泡在酵素裡﹗

today is the 7th day of my enzyme process. a lot of bubbles were produced after opening the container for stirring purposes on the 4th day, but for these 2 days, realise that not much bubbles produce or rather is diminishing. the smell of the wine is still there. is this normal?
