的过程吧! 2年前我的妹妹得了癌症, 我就立刻
到有机商店购买盒装的粉状酵素, 可是好贵哦!
1盒$50+, 1个月要花$150+, 我就到处问人, 到处
找书, 也上网查询……皇天不负有心人, 1位正在
学习中医学的朋友: 净风, 给我带来2本书刊“有
福同享”1&2, 我很仔细的阅读每一个字, 读到
性量法师患有心脏肿大的问题, 法师怎样以身试
法, 利用果菜汁和酵素治愈了自己的疾病, 然后才
把酵素的制作法公诸于世, 令我非常的感动, 感谢
性量法师无私的奉献! 也感谢我的好朋友: 净风,
给我带来了这么好的2本书刊. 我做酵素已经有1
年多了, 家人在喝了酵素后, 都获益良多.妹妹在
化疗其间, 因为喝酵素, 除了掉光头发外, 其他一
切的副作用, 都不曾在她身上出现过, 弟妇患高血
压多年, 喝了半年多的酵素后, 血压回复到健康水
平, 大儿子被检验出胆固醇过高, 喝了酵素3个多月
也同样回复健康了水平….. 无尽的感恩与感谢。
各种水果酵素的基本做法
器具与材料:
玻璃瓶 : 澈底洗净, 以热水消毒, 滴干水分.
最好放在阳光下晒干
占板 : 指定只用1个, 不能用来切肉切鱼,
用热滚水烫过消毒
水果选择 : 半熟水果
青皮柠檬 : 去皮切片
褐色冰糖 : 包装
制作法:
1. 第1层水果, 第2层柠檬, 第3层冰糖,
重复，铺满至最后一层为冰糖,
各种水果酵素的基本做法
器具与材料:
玻璃瓶 : 澈底洗净, 以热水消毒, 滴干水分.
最好放在阳光下晒干
占板 : 指定只用1个, 不能用来切肉切鱼,
用热滚水烫过消毒
水果选择 : 半熟水果
青皮柠檬 : 去皮切片
褐色冰糖 : 包装
制作法:
1. 第1层水果, 第2层柠檬, 第3层冰糖,
重复，铺满至最后一层为冰糖,
即可封密. (水果比其他材料多)
2. 水果发酵至第3 / 4天, 打开瓶盖,

上下翻动水果块, 若味太酸, 可再加入冰糖,
太甜, 可再加入水果, 盖好继续发酵.
3. 发酵期间要不时摇晃瓶子, 使其发酵均匀

酵素最好在2星期至1个月内喝完
注意事项：

I've made pineapple & kiwi enzyme, it's successful & tastes good. I want to recommend to my friend who has gastric problem. Do you think she can take it? She always complain of pain after eating, & she can only eat very light meals now. Not sure if it will be effective for her case, she's presently on medication but doesn't seem to help.

Hi Juan,
Enzyme helps to break down carbohydrates (sugars), fats or proteins present in food. The smaller pieces can be absorbed into the blood stream.
Pineapple and Tangerine enzymes will help in digestion and bloated stomach. I believe is suitable for your friend.
No harm trying, do let us know the outcome. :)

1. 水果的份量要看你瓶子的大小﹗
2。 青檸檬是的的材料之一。
3。 水果只能在洗干淨後﹐然後自然風干。去皮之後就不可以在洗水了﹗
4。 其實auntie irene 不太贊成我們使用蘋果來做﹐因為蘋果表面有很多的蠟﹐又怕在去皮的過程中﹐把蠟掉在果肉上﹗
5。 酵素是需要一點時間來見證的﹗

you are welcome! for diabetic patient did not choose high sugar fruits like mango, grape, banana. others should be ok!
sugar is part for processing enzyme, you can reduce a bit but cant without sugar. but for the last layer, your rock sugar must cover all the lemon, if not the lemon will mould!

I got one question to ask normaly lemon is yellow skin. Green skin lemon is it lime.
