Hi Richard,
哎哟,拍得不好啦!一直拿着camcorder 手有点抖leh, 如果换成是由你来拍,肯定比我要好上几倍!你知道吗?当我一看见水泡在上升时,就赶快拿出 camcorder 要来拍,可是那水泡又不动了,气死我liao, 又再等lor, 所以拍出来的效果是微微摇晃的咯!希望不会虐待你的眼睛!

Thank you and alreay receive, I have tried already my company PC not allow to put in , block by my company IT already. Now START every month I want to save some $$ money to buy a new pc at home is better lah. at home got more time to internet, at company cannot always read ur blog because must work first. Go through ur blog very beautiful. I also ever made apple vineger too. My method slightly is same as yours. I put green apple, lemon and rock sugar.The taste very good too.

Hi aunty irene, thank you for your receipt. l started to make orange enzyme on 15/7/07, today was the 3rd day (18/7/07) but l still can't the bubbles. should l open it to try and add sugar or oranges. From hlhltan.

Hi Irene, Saw yr enzyme recipe. Very good indeed. Just one question, can we reduce te sugar by half quantity to reduce sugar intake?

Hello anonymous,

Sugar will help the enzymes in the process of fermentation, if you reduce its quantity, I am afraid that you will not get a good result.

Today is the fourth day of my enzyme process, but there is not much bubbles as compared to the one in your video. Is this correct?
(2)
I have opened the container today and mixed the tangerine, lemon & rock sugar. The smell is pleasant but not the wine smell. It has the smell of the tangerine & lemon. Is this correct?
(3)
After today, must I shake the bottle everyday?

有时fourth day 会有很多泡沫,有时却很少,只要有发酵就可以了。
(2)
照理说,第4天就可以嗅到酒味了。
(3)
是的,你每天都要摇一下。
