Auntie Irene is so crazy abt cooking that can u believe it? We had the same dish for dinner for 3 to 5 days in a row jus bcoz she wanna perfect the dish. Sometimes I will get to eat mango cake for 3 days in a row and then followed by 4 days of chocolate. Thus to us, we dun find it a delicacy anymore coz we could have it everyday.
N thats nt worse... I used to love durians and jus bcoz she invented her own durian fillings that I mus admit its simply so delicious that no words can describe. But bcoz of that, we are like having durian feast everyday non-stop. From durian cake, durian puff, durian ice-cream, durian ang ku kueh, durian mooncake, etc. Everything u name it, she has it. Until one day, u wont believe it, I had durian eggs.
Oh my god! Bcoz the durian is kept in the same compartment as the eggs in the fridge, somehow or rather the heavenly smell and taste of durian seep into the eggs. Can u imagine hw disgusting the eggs taste and smell? From then on, I hated durians...
And its bcoz since young, we'll been very much pampered by auntie Irene and that led to us taking things for granted. Auntie Irene doted me the most since I was a kid among all nieces and nephews. Thus, whenever I wanted to eat anything, I'll jus have to name it and she will cooked it for me.
Therefore, today... (though mother's day over) I wanna take this opportunity to thank everyone of you out here for spending so much time blogging with her, praisng her food, making her feel life's so fulfilled all bcoz of u guys out there. Thank you so much!!!
And last but not least, auntie Irene...
Listen carefully hor... All of us in the family LOVES you very much and though we dun see each other as often anymore and we dun appreciate ur food and efforts as much as ur friends here. But TRUST me... I still love you as much as before, I have never 4gotten how much u doted on me and those times when we stayed together, watch variety shows together, make moon cakes together, smoke together...

hi irene,I tried again the choloate cake with contains milk powder couverture.It is milky in colour.After whisk the whipping cream and add this ingredient A for filling.It turns out to be a bit waterly.No like yesterday one which I use bitter couverture chocolate.The same whisk time was applied on both.It is to do with the type of couverture chocolate?I put the filling inside the frige now and hope it can be harden a bit before I spread it to the layer cake. Like to double chk, we jus hav to put in the fruits layer by layer and leave it in the glass jar cover up and leave it at a room temp corner for 2 wks issit? no need to add in water or anythings right? Than do we have to wash the fruits before we put them in? as mentioned water should not be involve.

Keep the Fruit residue in an air tight container and place it in the fridge, get some to rub on you face or body 1-2 times a day.

You can get beetroot from some of the wet market. I got mine at Jurong West. Those HDB shop houses that selling kitchen utensils might have glass container. If you found that is too expensive, can buy smaller bottle from IMM, the $2/- shop.
can also recycle & use the Nestle instant coffee glass bottle if want to try small bottle enzyme. Refer to auntie Irene's posted picture at the enzyme cover page.

1st I gotta clarify: I did nt put down my name not bcoz I m lazy hor. U 4get meh? All the ppl in our family got lau(3)ren(2)chi(1)dai(1)zheng(4). Haha.
It seems I have really miss out alot. All u ppl r so bad leh. Gang together and boycott me. Sobz.
U all gotta listen to my explanation ma: Eating the same things everyday oso sianz la.
Auntie Irene is so crazy abt cooking that can u believe it? We had the same dish for dinner for 3 to 5 days in a row jus bcoz she wanna perfect the dish. Sometimes I will get to eat mango cake for 3 days in a row and then followed by 4 days of chocolate. Thus to us, we dun find it a delicacy anymore coz we could have it everyday.
N thats nt worse... I used to love durians and jus bcoz she invented her own durian fillings that I mus admit its simply so delicious that no words can describe. But bcoz of that, we are like having durian feast everyday non-stop. From durian cake, durian puff, durian ice-cream, durian ang ku kueh, durian mooncake, etc. Everything u name it, she has it. Until one day, u wont believe it, I had durian eggs.
Oh my god! Bcoz the durian is kept in the same compartment as the eggs in the fridge, somehow or rather the heavenly smell and taste of durian seep into the eggs. Can u imagine hw disgusting the eggs taste and smell? From then on, I hated durians...
And its bcoz since young, we'll been very much pampered by auntie Irene and that led to us taking things for granted. Auntie Irene doted me the most since I was a kid among all nieces and nephews. Thus, whenever I wanted to eat anything, I'll jus have to name it and she will cooked it for me.
Therefore, today... (though mother's day over) I wanna take this opportunity to thank everyone of you out here for spending so much time blogging with her, praisng her food, making her feel life's so fulfilled all bcoz of u guys out there. Thank you so much!!!
And last but not least, auntie Irene...
Listen carefully hor... All of us in the family LOVES you very much and though we dun see each other as often anymore and we dun appreciate ur food and efforts as much as ur friends here. But TRUST me... I still love you as much as before, I have never 4gotten how much u doted on me and those times when we stayed together, watch variety shows together, make moon cakes together, smoke together...

my mum use to buy us apan bun weekly and guess what? one time she will buy 40pcs and will last us only 2 day initially. but when time past, those 40pcs of apan bun last us days sometime even until it turn mouldy.

hi irene,I tried again the choloate cake with contains milk powder couverture.It is milky in colour.After whisk the whipping cream and add this ingredient A for filling.It turns out to be a bit waterly.No like yesterday one which I use bitter couverture chocolate.The same whisk time was applied on both.It is to do with the type of couverture chocolate?I put the filling inside the frige now and hope it can be harden a bit before I spread it to the layer cake.

我之前有酿过红糟酒,Enzyme的做法和酿红糟酒一样.我已酿了两种Enzyme,already 1 week, I think should be no problem, coz I can see the bubble up. But now the problem is that yesterday I open my cupboard, Oh... I see the enzyme 溢到满地,我想应该是放太满.不知有没有人也有这个问题?

据说猪脚含有骨胶原(collagen)对美容和皮肤有益处,再加上天然酿的黑醋,黑酱油和姜烹煮的猪脚醋,像auntie Irene 所说的只要不是天天吃,偶尔吃应该是有益身体的。我也是一个喜欢吃猪脚和醋的人(附:此醋非彼醋ok!)

Hi, Irene yesterday I had make mango enzyme, until now I had make 3 type of enzyme.
1) apple 2) Mix fruit 3)mango
but only 10 days still cannot drink, but my2 "Bao Bei" always ask me when we can drink , they a waiting to taste it and me too.

Like to double chk, we jus hav to put in the fruits layer by layer and leave it in the glass jar cover up and leave it at a room temp corner for 2 wks issit? no need to add in water or anythings right? Than do we have to wash the fruits before we put them in? as mentioned water should not be involve.

Keep the Fruit residue in an air tight container and place it in the fridge, get some to rub on you face or body 1-2 times a day.

You can get beetroot from some of the wet market. I got mine at Jurong West. Those HDB shop houses that selling kitchen utensils might have glass container. If you found that is too expensive, can buy smaller bottle from IMM, the $2/- shop.

yea long time didn't hear from u. Did u get the Kenwood mixer sale at BD (sorry don't want to advertise free for them hahaha). I also saw this advertisement a few days ago. Think it's 600w selling ar $385 right? I only know that it's a different model from Auntie Irene's. But yours can 容纳500g的面粉dough, capacity is very high, quite heavy-duty already.
